The Holy Grail of Computing

After many years of research and development, BulletTrain management believes it has found the Holy Grail of Computing. In the months to come BulletTrain will be exposing more detailed information on this. In the meantime, here is an overview:

Creating A Universal Computing Platform

The BulletTrain Computing Platform consists of a Hardware, Software and Online Services Layer. Think of BulletTrain as being the next major operating system after Apple and Microsoft. The main feature that sets the BulletTrain platform experience apart from all others is that instead of you having to learn to think the way the computer does, BulletTrain creates a holistic experience where the computer thinks like you do.

Instead of creating an operation system form scratch, BulletTrain creates a thin OS client for the Mac and PC that sits on top of the host operating system.

One of the unique and powerful features of BulletTrain is it provides a unique universal operating environment that creates a user experience that is almost identical on a PC and a Mac. In other words, if you are used to using a PC and you try and use a Mac it can be very confusing, but with the BulletTrain Universal Platform, it is super intuitive and easy.

BulletTrain's slogan is "Friction Free Computing." This is achieved through leveraging design as a powerful tool, much in the way that Apple has done so successfully.

Hardware Layer

The BulletTrain hardware layer consists of entirely new hardware for the desktop which includes a new kind of modular and easily customizable modular keyboard called the GUI Bullet Board.

Why start with reinventing the keyboard? Think about this for a moment. I you look at a computer from 25 years ago, everything has changed completely for the better. Computer screens today are huge, colorful and have incredible graphics. 25 years ago computer screens were only black and white and all text based with no color graphics.

If you tried to use a 25 year old computer today the CPU and RAM would be useless. It would be like trying to drive around in a Model T.

Think about the keyboard? The Keyboard is still essentially identical to the way it was 25 years ago, yet it is the most important part of the computer because it is the primary input device.

In the early 1980s Apple revolutionized the computer industry by putting the metaphorical desktop on the screen. Soon, BulletTrain will be putting the desktop back where it belongs–on the desktop.

This will be achieved with a new kind of display called a BulletBar, along with the GUI BulletBoard.

Software Layer

BulletTrain software creates a new paradigm in intuitive computing software. This includes the BulletBrowser which is a the first pro-level web browser as well as the BulletTrain Dashboard which gives you all your key information in one easy to navigate interface.

BulletTrain has also developed many new applications like the BulletLauncher that makes launching and switching programs as easy as possible. Everything is just a single step away.

Online Services Layer

BulletTrain online services, will offer many new services, including a stunning new visual search engine and online Web 2.0 applications.
